Delivery Policy – UK Only

It is our aim to ship your order same working day before 15:00, usually via courier on next day service. A signature on delivery is required. Small orders for spare parts or tools will be posted via Royal Mail and delivered with your normal postal delivery (standard UK delivery charge for parts £5.00 plus VAT per order). If you are not able to sign for delivery please contact our office to discuss alternatives.

Delivery Policy – Offshore Islands

Offshore islands (including but not limited to Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Hebrides, Orkney and Shetlands) – please allow extra time for delivery. No extra delivery charge on orders placed on this site. Channel Isles customers wishing to avoid UK tax will need to contact our sales office and place orders directly.

Delivery Policy – EU Member States

EU member states – if you have a VAT reference number and wish to obtain goods without UK tax please contact us by email to arrange. We can also accept payment in euros by bank transfer. All transactions on this site will be subject to UK rates of VAT. After 01 Jan 2021 new rules may be introduced following the UK leaving the EU – please contact us for more details.

Delivery Policy – Non EU territories

For non EU territories – all goods will be supplied ‘ex works’ only. Please contact us via email for a quote including delivery to your region. Local duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
